flush crowdsec bans + recent crowdsec actions

in npmplus container write docker ps
grab the id of crowdsec container
then write
docker exec <theid> cscli decisions delete --all
u now removed all bans.
an other thing to flush is alerts (that cause bans)
docker exec <theid> cscli alerts flush --max-items 1000 --max-age 7d
How to check recent crowdsec actions:
docker exec <id> cscli decisions list
